Job Description

Southern Food House is looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations, guide service staff and maintain excellent customer service standards. The selected candidate will coordinate staff duties, monitor hygiene, handle customer concerns and support smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise restaurant staff and assign daily duties.
Monitor customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Coordinate table service, reservations and busy service periods.
Ensure food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
Support staff training and monitor employee performance.
Check stock levels and report supply requirements to management.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
Prepare basic shift reports and communicate operational issues.

Required Skills

Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.
Good knowledge of restaurant hygiene and food safety standards.
Basic record keeping and reporting ability.
Good time management and problem-solving skills.
